If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Returns & Exchanges

Non Personalised Items

Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods and must be sent back in the same packing received we will NOT pay for returns unless they are faulty.

Personalised Items

No refund or exchanges on personalised items unless they are faulty.

Customised mistakes made by the purchaser will not be accepted.

Errors made by us will be fully refunded or exchanged.

Baked Goods

No refunds or exchanges are accepted.
